omg, that is the best PCP picture ever!!! I'm going to print it at work and put it up in my jump roping area. She is so awesome, and she can jump! she's doing a trick, even!! Tomorrow i'm going to try to do that trick too, just for fun, at the end of the jumps.

I have never done the criss-cross since elementary school!
What's badass is that she wrapped her rope around her hands to get the slack out of the rope to make the criss-cross tighter. She knows her rope.
